Web Design: We provide custom website design ($500–$1,500/project), UX design, and e-commerce solutions. Project terms are outlined in separate client contracts.
Wellness Coaching: We offer personalized coaching ($75–$150/session) for stress management and habit building, not medical or psychological advice. See client agreements for details.
Engagement: Services require signed contracts specifying scope, payment, and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by PNW DSF Consulting, or licensed to us. Client deliverables (e.g., websites) transfer ownership upon full payment, per contract terms.
You may not use our content or trademarks without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, if any.

5. Disclaimers
