Refund Policy for PNW DSF Consulting

At PNW DSF Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality health & wellness coaching and web design/digital marketing services. Due to the personalized and intangible nature of our services, refunds are limited. This policy ensures fairness while protecting the time and resources invested in each client relationship. All services require agreement to a client contract or booking terms that incorporate this policy.

1. Health & Wellness Coaching Services

Health & wellness coaching is a collaborative process that depends heavily on your active participation, commitment to implementing changes, and consistency in attending sessions and completing agreed-upon actions. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

  • No Refunds After Services Commence: All payments for coaching sessions, packages, or programs are non-refundable once the first session has occurred or coaching materials have been provided.

  • Pre-Service Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel before the first scheduled session, you may receive a full refund minus any administrative fees (e.g., payment processing costs).

  • Unused Sessions: Pre-paid sessions or packages are valid for a specified period (as outlined in your client agreement, typically 6-12 months). Unused sessions due to client cancellation or non-attendance are forfeited and non-refundable. We encourage full commitment to achieve the best outcomes.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., weight loss, habit changes, or stress reduction), as success relies on your personal investment.

This strict policy supports your commitment to personal growth and allows us to dedicate focused time to your transformation.

2. Web Design & Digital Marketing Services

Web design projects involve custom work, planning, and time-specific deliverables. As this is a secondary offering, terms are detailed in individual project contracts.

  • Deposits and Payments: Initial deposits (typically 50% of project total) are non-refundable to secure your project slot and cover initial planning/research.

  • No Refunds After Work Begins: Once work has commenced (e.g., design concepts shared, development started), payments are non-refundable.

  • Early Termination by Client: If you terminate the project early through no fault of PNW DSF Consulting (e.g., changing your mind or not providing required feedback/materials), you remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for partial work.

  • Completion and Final Payment: Final deliverables are provided upon full payment. Ownership transfers only after completion and payment.

3. General Terms

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Individual sessions must be canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session without refund or credit.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness), at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

  • Payment Processing Fees: Any refunded amounts (if approved) will deduct non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., 3-5% for credit card processing).

  • Disputes: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to adbice@pnwdsfconsulting.com within 7 days of the relevant payment or session.

 

By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. We recommend reviewing it carefully before committing.
