Sessions are not medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. You are responsible for consulting licensed healthcare professionals for any medical concerns.

  • Engagement: All services require a signed client agreement or booking confirmation specifying scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, and schedules. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics, and code) is owned by PNW DSF Consulting or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • Upon full payment for web design services, we transfer ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., the completed website files) to you, subject to the terms of your client agreement. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

4. User Content

If you submit information through forms, bookings, or coaching sessions (e.g., intake details), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the requested services.

5. Disclaimers

  • Website: The website and its content are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
